Currently I am setting up wildfire to work with Active Directory, I can login to the admin console without a problem, but when I try to connect using one of the users that is listed in the admin console I get an authentication error, and the debug log says that the status has been set to unavailable for that user. What could be causing this?
Can you paste the specific error message you’‘re getting as well as XML configuration elements you’'re using?
