Active Directory Setup Issues During Install

Hey Everyone,

Sorry for what might be pebkac or RTFM but I’m trying to figure out an issue I’m having have AD and wildfire talk nice to each other.

Here’s what I have in the connection:

exampleserver.server.com port 3268 (global catalog)

ou=example,dc=domain,dc=com

cn=adminuser,cn=users,dc=domain,dc=com

Now I get the connect just fine, issue is the test to pull a test user, when I pull a record I only get templates not actual users.

Just wondering what i could be doing wrong?

if you keep selecting a new user will it eventualy give you a user? and if you finish the install do you have users?

The reason I ask is because specifying the base DN and no special search filters will give you everything.
