I have configured openfire with my AD server. Everythis was woking fine.
usually it was CN=users and latter i changed it to CN=jira-users. (jira-users is a gruop of specific users in my AD)
Now i am not able to login in the openfire using my AD account .

If the configuation is being written to a database you’ll need to open the openfire.xml under the openfire\confs folder and chage the value of setup to false. then restart OpenFire. This should run you through the installation again keep most of your settings intact. You may have to respecify your AD information, but since that’s where your problem is it shouldn’t be an issues
