Add new contact problem

Hello

Could you please help with openfire installation.

As soon as I try add someone from other jabber server I see exception in my warn.log

org.jivesoftware.openfire.PacketException: Cannot route packet of type IQ or Presence to bare JID:

Recentrly I updated to openfire 3.6.3.

How I can resolve this problem.

Does it brings problems besides that message in the warn.log? Are you unable to add a contact from another server? I believe, your server has to be in server-2-server mode with that other server which contact you are trying to add.

Did you find a fix for this issue? I am seeing the same Cannot route packet of type IQ or Presence to bare JID: message in the warning log when I try to add a gtalk user.

I am also seeing this problem when tring to add a gtalk user? Have you found a solution or any clues as to the cause of the problem?
