Anyone else seen this/know about this? Is this a bug, or do I need to do something to make them show up? They show up in the helper request with the name, email and question. Thanks.
Got a response from support that I needed to restart the chat server :-\
Anyone know if there is a bug filed to make it so you don’t have to restart, or to change it so the admin panel tells you you have to restart?
