what hat could be very awesome is the possibility to filter ip addresses and give rights to create connect or view a videoconf.
PErhaps for the moderator to manage users in the videoconf
another things to share desktop or windows or give control a webex like.

Jitsi videobridge plugin uses a temporary openfire groupchat (MUC) room for each video-conference. For more control, create a permanent room, set permissions, access controls like a password and use the room name in the URL

Screenshare will come later. HTML5 does not yet support remote desktop control, but you can use Google chrome like this
