I having problem to login admin after reinstalled the console. it still allow to signin on the client but just the administrator for the web portal. Any idea anyone?
Do you have a value admin.authorizedJIDs (like admin@example.com) in your OFPROPERTY table in the database which matches your admin JID?

Yes, In the admin.authorizedJIDs is mi003@domainname
Not sure why, I just re-run the setup and I’m able to login.
I’m comparing the table (OFPROPERTY ) before and after re-setup… all are same.
