currently we have spark + asterisk IM implemented, which work great together. However I am wondering where I can locate and change the behavior of pop-ups when the user is receiving a call (CLID number pops up from sys tray).
I can cross post this in the Asterisk Im development, but figured I would check in both places.
Any pointers as to where this behavior is defined would be greatly appreciated.
