i have configured LDAP with open fire and i have created a workgroup, queue and configured an agent to that queue by inserting agent record in the following tables: fpagent and fpqueueagent tables. when i login into openfire admin console,i am not able to see the agents name in the list. Do i need do the insert the values in any table? please help…
