I´m looking for a solution to have a system with agents to respond chats from clients that connect from a web page.
I already try with the fastpath plugin but when i try to install the fastpathweb plugin gives me a 500 error. I see isn´t anymore suppported so i will like to know if exists another plugin or component that supports what i looking for.

This community offers no solution other than FastPath. It should be functional though, so maybe it’s worth investigating what’s going wrong for you.
They are talking about Fastpath Webchat, which was broken for a while and because of that removed from plugins list. There is this ticket https://github.com/igniterealtime/Fastpath-webchat/issues/14
