I am running OpenFire 3.6.4 with Spark 2.5.8. OpenFire is running on a fully patched Windows 2003 Server. The server is not a domain Controller but is a Domain member. I am using LDAP with Active Directory
I have about eighteen users. Although some users are logged in and their status is Available each online user shows up as offline to all other users.
The chat service / system had worked fine with no issues for about a month or more before this issue came up.
Searching the forum it I find several post about the issue, but the forums offers no solutions.
Any body have any ideas
