In all honesty, it’s kind of ridiculous the hoops you have to jump through to contribute. I’ve added support for a bunch of XEP’s for a project I was working on, but getting all the legal stuff sorted out is proving to be onerous. If nothing has changed, I’ll probably just create a github project with my version of XIFF and let people take from it what they’d like.
