Asterisk IM not working after openfire update

After update
before version 4.6.0 the asterisk im plugin and a bunch of other plugins stopped working. The problem is I can’t go to the plugin page. My browser tells me the page is not available

For Openfire 4.6.0, several plugins need to be rebuild/re-released so that their admin pages continue to work. This issue will be fixed with the next release of the plugin.

As an aside: the plugin itself will probably work just fine - it is the admin console page that fail to show properly.
