any ideas?

Hello,
I have installed Openfire on CentOS release 6.5 (Final) server. I have configured it with another server Asterisk by using Asterisk IM, but I have problem with:

Astra Chat installed on iOS and Android. I make call from iOS to Android and vice versa, the call comes, but when I accept the call, it terminates at the moment (End Calling).
Could you please give me one solution to resolve this issue?
I can chat but I can’t make call.

Regards,
Juta
