Attempting to automate database setup

I am attempting to automate the internal database creation process. Once Openfire is installed, is there a file I can edit and put queries into that will entail insert new users/update properties into the internal database (trying to not do it through the admin portal)?

I am new here and have gone through the documentation/forums. However, I cannot find a fleshed out solution. Thank you for taking the time to read my conundrum!

Can someone please give me there thoughts on the matter?

Is it possible to install everything, bring down the server and then edit openfire.script to add users/properties? Bring up the server and new users/properties are there?
