Auto-linking does not appear to be working for GATE-XXXX links

Howdy! When I post a link like GATE-317 or anything like that, it does not appear to be creating an auto-link into JIRA. I don’t know about JM-123 or SPARK-123 or YMSG-123 or SMACK-123 or ENT-123 or PHONE-123. ;D Consider that a test for all of those. hehehe Thanks!
