Avatar Keeps disappearing?

Hey guys,

One of our users is having an issue with the avatar. Everytime morning after logging in to spark her avatar keeps disappearing. She has to manually add the avatar everytime day.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing spark, but that didn’t seem to fix the problem.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Uninstall Spark and delete user’s profile (C:\Documents and Settings\User\Spark). Conversation history will be lost! Then you can try the latest version from here http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/docs/DOC-1822
