Avatar mode disable?

I´ve been using the spark as a client. I previously used “Pidgin”, where avatars could insert normally.

In the first use of the Spark, imported the photo came from the server, but deleted the photo and can no longer enter any photo.

I searched on the internet and found that there is a menu: Spark> Edit My Profile (this option does not appear to me).

How can I make this menu to appear?

PS: I attached 2 archives ( # Menu dont appear) (# My avatar dont appear)

you can only edit your profile if the Enterprise.VCARD_FEATURE is enabled on your server.
