Sorry for my stupid and bad English

I can’'t run groupchat propertly. I create some full-open rooms in Jive web-interface, but it rooms is invisible in Jabber clients (JAJC and Miranda+Jabber). So more, Agent in this clients not connect to server, but return error “File not found”. Where is my problem?
