Experiencing an issue with notifications using fastpath, it was working fine then i restarted the service and now the notifications show up as a blank box.
FastPath version: 4.4.5
Openfire version: 4.4.4
I assume you are referring to the Spark notifications being used by an agent to accept a support request/question. If that is the case, then it has been an outstanding issue with no one available to fix it. If it was was working before, you are very lucky.
