Block transfer files

I need to block the transfer files for all users in openfire.

Can you help me

I am using openfire 3.64 and client spark 2.58

You can try File Transfer Disabler plugin from here http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/openfire/plugins-beta.jsp Though it maybe old and not compatible with the current Openfire version, also it is in the Beta stage.
