Bot does not connect the Openfire

Dear Sir,

I want to connect Quiz bot in openfire. But i am facing one problem bot does not connect with openfire.

If i put the server name & Host name he just trying to login but does not. If i only put the Host Name in server then it connects with openfire and id is online but bot does not work properly.

Why he does not with host and server name. here is the screen shot.1

This is something you’ll have to take up with the author of the bot software. Without any kind of logs or knowledge of what that bot does, it’s rather hard to diagnose this problem.
