Broadcast message to group you are not in

Is it possible to send a broadcase message to a group that you are not a part of?

That’‘s not possible with the current broadcast plugin. I suppose that I could add that as an option though – a “no permissions” mode that lets anybody send messages to “all” or any group. I’'ve filed this request as JM-207.
