Is there a way to set up the spark client/openfire server to default all messages to broadcast messages to the entire user list? I don’t want any private messages OR any user to create a group with just a couple people. I want all messages going to the entire user list.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Login to openfire–> Sessions–>Tools --> Send Message…
you can also add plugins (may be i have not tried)
check plugins tab —> Available plugins --> Broadcast.
There is options to send broadcast either from the server or from the client (though many clients are not sending real broadcast, but just send multiple single messages). But there is no option to force all messages to be broadcasts.
