Since installing the new Spark 2.5.8, Whenever sending a broadcast to a particular group, it also sends it to offline users. Previous versions never had this problem. Is this a bug or is there a workaround?

Maybe this is happening because now offline users are not just in Offline group, but inside every group. So if you just select group to broadcast, you should unselect offline users. This is not a bug, more a design issue. Inconvinient. So i have a request about this.
