There seems to be a bug UTF8 bug within the fastpath - Work Groupe - Canned response plugin.
When we are trying to use the norwegian characters, æ, ø and å, the possibility to add and edit the canned responsens disappera.
When deleting the row containing the added text in the database the edit / add possibility reapear.
To me it seems like a problem with international characters.
