Bug: sending presence to resources of same user at start and at end

We recently switched from jabberd to jive and today I realized a different behavior. It only occurs when the user is connected with two resoures simultanly.

The XMPP protocol sais: “In addition, the user’‘s server MUST broadcast initial presence from the user’‘s new available resource to any of the user’'s existing available resources (if any).”

It looks like that Jive Messenger 2.1.0 is not sending initial presence after connecting to all resources from the same user, same thing happens when the connection from one ressource is dropped. The other resource is not getting a presence stanca.
