Busy for all but current chat peer

I’'m a little confused. How does one set a presence of busy to all but one person, like if you only wanted one conversation at a time.

Hi,

I did never look at the privacy list, but this could be a way to do this.

The proper way to do this would be to set to busy, and then to send a directed available presence to that user.
