Just to say that this community was very helpful so far in helping me just by reading existing posts, but now I experienced problem Im not able to find solution to.
Problem is that caller ID for outside calls is not showing on spark popup, while all inside calls do.
Here is screenshot of Asterisk web manager which sees the callerID and at the same time spark popup which is not showing number, but just “Incoming Call”

Is there something that could be done to fix this? Is it Spark or Asterisk IM plugin problem?
My configuration is:
Openfire 3.6.4
Asterisk-IM 1.4.0
Asterisk 1.4.32
@Gentoo 64 8.5 Linux sip 2.6.32-gentoo-r7 #1 SMP x86_64 Intel® Xeon™ CPU 3.20GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
