Can not connect http-bind with BOSH configured in openfire

I can not connect to http://localhost(ip or DNS):7070/http-bind/ .

I have already configured in to Open fire – Server – SErver Settings – Http Binding as I should I configure but can not access http://localhost(ip or DNS):7070/http-bind/

Now I can connect. Just edited code to http://127.0.0.1:7070/http-bind/.
