Can´t connect from outsie to server

Hi,

I have finally managed to set up the Server Opnfire and connect (Using PSi Messengers) everybody in the office.

But I want to connect people from outside. But there is no way I can get that.

I use the external IP with a port, which internaly is redirected to the server with IP 192.168.100.1 (I can´t use the name of the server, it must be IP).

Now in the PSi configuration I add manually the IP + the port to it.

But still it doesn´t connect. i am using port 5222 for conection from outside.

Do I have to configure something special?It is really driving me crazy, any help is welcome!!!
