We have just started doing some testing on OpenFire and Spark and there are a few things that I would like to know if are possible…
If we decide to push out Spark to several thousand people is there away of restricting people from adding addition people to there Buddy list or groups.
I ideally what we would like is to implement something that would pre-populate users groups with the relevant Support teams.
For example -
Joe would have the following groups setup on spark…
Groups
IT
HR
Learning Centre
He would not be directly able to change this himself
Anyway I hope this makes sense and any help would be fantastic.
