Cannot get audio/video to work

Hello All!

I installed Openfire and spark. The chat function works great.

I cannot get audio or video to work though. Does anyone have a how-to to get it working?

I have installed the newest plugns, when I start the video chat in spark, the webcam broadcasts from both of my machines (user1 / user2) but it is not seen on the other. So, the video is streaming out, but nor receiving

Any ideas?
