Cannot get pade to run Jicofo does remains unchecked

Hi
We previously ran 4.7.4 in our dev environment for an app we created doing teleconferencing for medical appointments.

When we created an instance for production we could no longer get the pade plugin to work. when entering a meeting we get kicked out after 5 seconds also the jicofo status remains red.

We are running centos 7 with CWP for security and have upgraded to Java 11

But still cannot get the jicofo to work.

Could you please assist.

Here are the logs

We have deployed the instance to google cloud. and it could be due to the private ip address and the public address bound to the server however when putting it on an instance with a live ip on the VM we experienced the same issue.
