Cannot remove a users from a Group

When adding new users, they are automatically placed into a default Group. However, we have several locations in our organization, so I manually move any new users to their correct Group. However, currently, adding a user to another group works just fine, it’s when I try to remove them from the Default group that things get odd. I select the user, then go to their Group settings page, and hit the Delete button for the group that I want to remove them from and a page with ONLY the Openfire Admin Console Header comes up. Nothing else loads, and the User is not removed from the group.

Any Ideas?

After posting my previous message, I didn’t know there was another way to do what I wanted to do.

I went to the Users/Groups admin page, and selected the group that I wanted to remove the user from, check the box in the Remove Column, and then clicked Remove button. This worked just fine. I’ll remember that for the future, so I guess the problem I was having can just be added to the Bug list. :slight_smile:
