Cannot see users set up in Spark

I just installed openfire 3.5.2 on my server using the embedded database. Everything was going fine. I set up my users and groups. Then I installed Spark 2.5.8 on my computer and a few others. They all installed and connected fine. However, I cannot see the users or groups I created. I looked at the admin side under client sessions. It shows the status as authenticated and online. Why are they not showing up?

Users do not automatically show up in the spark roster. You need to share groups of users to have them auto-populate to the roster. Individuals not in the groups can be added manually. The subscription plugin if configured to accept local will remove the need for approving roster additions.
