When our agents are off and the help button (produce by html using fastpath plugin) says “Offline”, it also says
that you can click on it to leave a message. When we try to do it, we
are taken to http://skoach.com/webchat/email/offline-mail.jsp?workgroup=support@workgroup.sko ach.com where the message says:
Live Chat Not Available
Sorry we were not available to handle your request. Please try again
later.
What could be wrong?
