When trying to drag and drop from[/i] a group larger than what can be displayed on the screen, the window usually wont auto-scroll at all, or when it does, it wont scroll far enough to allow you to see another group to drop into. It only wants to scroll to the top or bottom of the current group.

SPARK-178 (Mouse dragging should cause scrolling in Contact List) does match the problem you see, doesn’'t it?
You may track it using the link above and even vote for it, it should be solved with Spark 1.2.0
