For some reason when someone tries to send me a picture or file, I cannot receive it. I am able to send files fine, and this does not seem to be a problem for anyone else in my office. Is there any reason for this?
Wonder if this is related to my issue https://community.igniterealtime.org/message/235060#235060 Though i’m using latest 2.7.0 builds, not the 2.6.3 version and there were some changes to file transfers in 2.7.0, but it looks like this issue is still there. What operating system do you and the ones who try to send a file use? I’m thinking this may be a firewall issue maybe.
Everyone is using Windows 7 but when other people send files to each other they don’t seem to have the same problem. even when i try to send files, they are received. I only have trouble when I am recieving a file.
