Can''t send messages

Hi All,

I’'ve setup Jive Messenger on a Redhat 9.0 box. Everything seems to run perfectly, except for the fact I cannot send messages. I can log into the admin console, and send them from there, but when I log in with a client and try to send a message, nothing happens. Is there a user permission or something I need to change?

I actually found out what the problem was. I was adding contacts to my list with the incorrect domain name after the @ symbol. Duh! Thanks anyways!

first you check error log in admin console,attach it in here.second whether your same jivemessenger Server Name as your client login in server name?
