Hi, guys! Thanks in advance for your help. I’m having an issue where a certain user will not pull into groups that are then shared out with the entire Spark userbase. I have attached a screenshot of the user’s properties from within Openfire Admin Console called ‘Patrick1.jpg’ (because this thing won’t let me insert an image…). This shows that on some level, Openfire understands that he is in 3 groups. However, when I look at the entries for those groups (I’ll use ‘InformationTechnologySecurity’ as an example), his username doesn’t appear (see attachment ‘patrick2.jpg’).
Has anyone seen this before, and can you help me solve this problem?
