Change font color in group chat

I’m looking for a way to change the font color and also use filters within the group chat. My tech use this feature on our old chat and they love it. They are currently complaining that the font colors are hard to read and want to change them. I’m not a developer so I was wondering if someone has tried this in spark already.

I attached some screen shots that might better explain what I’m trying to do

I’d settle for something much simpler, how about the algorithm for the hash?

I have a very small subset of users that I really need to have set to RED, I suppose I can bang my head on the keyboard until I find some combination for their name and other characters that results in red, but the equation would make this simple.

Heck, I’ll come wash your car.
