i want to move my openfire server from intranet ip to public ip. how to do that
My suggestion would be to leave the server on the internal ip and use NAT/PAT and map out a public ip to the internal and open up only the necessary ports.
Maintain security and allow for utilization on the outside as well for whichever clients you need.
