bad move, I changed the domain name in the admin console and now can not access the admin console …can I make corrections elsewhere?
Have you tried accessing it directly on the server machine using http://localhost:9090. Have you tried the old name of the server? Changing the name of the server in the Openfire Admin console does change your DNS entry. It should still resolve to the DNS name.
not sure what I did … but it was not good… I had to restall the application about 2 hours after my message on this forum
