Hi guys, I have a question.
After the web user closes the webchat session, they are presented with the option to request the transcript be emailed to them. Their email address is by default added to the form field.
Rather than having the transcript sent to the web user, I would like that transcript sent to my customer service department’s email address.
How can I change that email address to display the customer service email address and perhaps prevent the web chat user from changing that field?
