Character set broken again

Hi,

as this is not my local five user CSX installation I’m quite happy to see that also the vendor has the same problem with lost information. The first two posts of http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/thread/28729 makes little sense today, yesterday they were displayed as Chinese.

http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/thread/28742 is a completely different issue which looks like Developers.
