Chat rooms simple implmentation for demonstration

Hi all

I am looking for a simple implementation of the most basic chat features based on smack. I need to integrate it to web site (J2EE)

I mean by Chat (chat rooms with participants management component) not Instant messaging (buddy list, one to one dialog etc)
