I am having an issue which is driving me crazy. I am running version 4.6.3 with Active Directory connections and an external Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Database. When a user logs in his display name is the logon name field in active directory, I want it to be the Display Name. I have gone in and made sure the User Mapping is sAMAccountName and the Profile Field Name is set to {displayName} shouldn’t that make the chat room name show up as Display Name in Active Directory?
