Does anybody know there is chinese interface support for Spark. Or is there anyway I can customise the interface for it?

you may want to take a look at http://wiki.igniterealtime.org/display/SPARK/Guide+for+Translators.
Spark supports i18n files for localization so it should be possible to create a Chinese version.
