Currently, no. You could write a plugin to do so on a schedule of your choosing.
But I’d be curious to know why you need to clear a cache? It is not updating, containing stale information, something else?

Yes gdt,its not updating,always giving chat which is already closed and User information also not updating etc…etc
Is there a specific cache you’re having problems with?
